This is a family recipe for diner rolls that I've used countless times . I hope you like and love it just as much as I have and still do.This is a roll recipe my mom is killer good at. I've gotten really good at this roll recipe. The rolls are the best rolls I have ever had. The real trick I've found in bread making is in the yeast. Always give the yeast ten to fifteen minute in hot water .I have found that if I put the yeast in hot or warm water first thing then work on the rest of the recipe it works out about right.
You will know the yeast is ready when it creates a fame like texture

Enjoy
